Hourly Wage Calculator
Convert an hourly rate and a weekly schedule into weekly, monthly, and annual pay, or turn a salary into an hourly rate.
Estimate net pay from gross pay and the pre-tax, withholding, and post-tax amounts you enter.
A paycheck estimator subtracts the pre-tax deductions, withholding, and post-tax deductions you enter from gross pay. Withholding is your assumption, not an official tax calculation.
This tool runs in your browser. Inputs, files and generated values stay on this device. Favorites and recently used tools, if you use them, store only tool names in local storage — never passwords, documents or QR contents. See the privacy policy.
Estimate one paycheck and a year of pay from gross pay and the deductions you type.
With no other deductions, withholding is 100 dollars and net pay is 900 dollars.
A 200 dollar withholding on a 1,000 dollar paycheck leaves 800 dollars when other deductions are 0.
Pre-tax deductions come out of gross pay first. Withholding is then a percent of what remains, or the dollar amount you typed. Post-tax deductions come out after withholding. Annual figures repeat that paycheck by 52, 26, 24, or 12.
Withholding is entirely the number you enter. This page does not use IRS, state, or local tax tables, and it is not an official tax calculation.
