Switch text among uppercase, lowercase, title case, sentence case, camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case, and kebab-case. Developers renaming identifiers, and editors fixing a headline, can recase a paste in one step. Sentence case follows English punctuation, so it will not apply another language’s capitalization rules.
“hello world” becomes “Hello World”. Each word is capitalized.
“Hello world example” becomes helloWorldExample.
UPPERCASE and lowercase use the English locale. Title Case capitalizes the first letter of each word. Sentence case lowercases the text, then capitalizes the start of the string and letters after . ! ? or … — a simple English-oriented rule, not a grammar checker for every language. camelCase, PascalCase, snake_case and kebab-case are built from letter and number groups.
Sentence case follows English punctuation, not the capitalization rules of other languages. camelCase, snake_case, and kebab-case keep letter and number groups and drop the punctuation between them.
