What this tool does

Turn up to 20 JPG or PNG images into one PDF, in the order you set. Use it for a stack of scans or screenshots that should be a single file. WebP is not included, a side longer than 2,000 pixels is downsampled, and Fill can crop the picture to cover the page.

How to use

  1. Add one or more JPG or PNG images. You can drag files onto the drop zone.
  2. Reorder the list so pages appear in the order you want. Remove any image you do not need.
  3. Choose page size, orientation, margin and how each image should fit.
  4. Create the PDF, then download it. Nothing is uploaded.

Examples

  • A set of scans

Drop several JPGs, move the cover to the top, choose A4 and Fit to page, then download.

  • Screenshots at original size

Choose Original / auto so each page follows the image. Very large images are downsampled first so the PDF stays manageable.

How it works

Each selected image becomes a page. Fit keeps the whole image visible. Fill covers the page and may crop. Original size uses the image dimensions when they fit, otherwise it falls back to fit. Processing stays in this browser; large sides are reduced before embedding so the file does not balloon.

Limitations

JPG and PNG are accepted, up to 20 images. WebP is not. A side longer than 2,000 pixels is downsampled before it is embedded. Page size is A4, Letter, or the image’s own size, and Fill can crop the picture so it covers the page.

FAQ

Is the Image to PDF tool free?
Yes. You can turn JPG and PNG images into a PDF here without paying or signing up.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Images are read and written to a PDF in your browser. They are not sent to Tools Star Hub.
Why was my image resized?
Sides longer than 2000 pixels are downsampled before they are embedded. That keeps memory use and PDF size reasonable.
Is my input sent to a server?
No. The images are assembled into a PDF in this tab. They are not posted to a server or written to local storage.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. You can open this page on a phone or tablet. File pickers and downloads use the browser on your device. Large files may be slower on a small phone than on a desktop.
